Vrailux is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or in any way officially connected with Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Christian Dior, Prada, Rolex, Cartier, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Céline, Goyard, Burberry, Versace, Off-White, Nike, Van Cleef & Arpels, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, or any other brand, designer, manufacturer, or trademark holder that may be referenced on this website ("Referenced Brands"). Any brand names, logos, product names or trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners.
2. Nominative Fair Use
References to Referenced Brands on this website are used solely for nominative, descriptive and identification purposes — that is, to describe the type of item a customer is submitting for review (e.g., "we authenticate handbags including those from Chanel and Louis Vuitton"). Such use does not imply, and should not be interpreted as implying, any sponsorship, partnership, certification, or endorsement by the Referenced Brands.
3. Marketplace Independence
Vrailux is likewise not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by eBay, Poshmark, Whatnot, Fashionphile, Vestiaire Collective, The RealReal, Depop, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, Rebag, or any other marketplace or resale platform referenced on this site. References to these platforms describe common venues where our customers buy and sell, and do not imply any official partnership, integration, or endorsement unless separately and explicitly stated in writing by Vrailux.
4. Authentication Opinions Are Not Guarantees
All results provided through the Service — including any certificate, written opinion, or verification page listing — represent the professional opinion of a Vrailux human Expert based on the photographs, information, and/or physical item made available at the time of review. Authentication is inherently based on probability and comparison to known reference standards; no authentication service, human or automated, can guarantee 100% accuracy in every case. Vrailux results:
- are not a legal determination of authenticity, ownership, or title;
- are not an appraisal of monetary or resale value;
- are not a guarantee against loss for any buyer, seller, insurer, marketplace, or other third party who relies on the result; and
- may differ from opinions issued by brand boutiques, other authentication services, or law enforcement.
5. No Liability for Third-Party Reliance
Vrailux is not responsible or liable for decisions made by marketplaces, payment processors, insurers, financial institutions, or law enforcement agencies based on a Vrailux authentication result, certificate, or verification page. Users who rely on a Vrailux result for a purchase, sale, insurance claim, customs matter, or legal proceeding do so at their own discretion and risk.
6. Item Legality
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any item submitted to Vrailux was lawfully acquired and is lawful to own, buy, sell, or transport in their jurisdiction. Vrailux does not investigate provenance, stolen-property status, or import/export compliance, and reserves the right to refuse service or report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
7. Intellectual Property & Takedown Requests
If a trademark or copyright holder believes any content on this website exceeds fair, nominative use or otherwise infringes their rights, please contact authenticate@vrailux.app with details, and Vrailux will review the request promptly and in good faith.
